  At Unisearch, I re-engineered the multi-state UCC search (25 plus databases), delivering approximately 20x faster end-to-end search and reducing bulk data import from 1-2 days to roughly 10 minutes. I built UCC Fast, a wizard-driven filing tool that automated state forms and halved data entry time. I launched an online ordering system that enabled self-serve ordering and allowed representatives to focus on higher-value work. I also centralized authentication and authorization to standardize access control across internal applications.
